Our business is driven by residential home sales and complemented with real estate services, and home mortgage services for our clients.  Our building experience of over 35 years in South Western Michigan has given us the opportunity to work with and for many great clients, some we have built multiple homes for. 

Our niche in the very competitive residential home market is very simple, keep our overhead low and build quality homes with character at a reasonable cost to the client. Flexibility to clients that are building from a distance has allowed us to meet great people throughout the United States.

While our projects have ranged over the years from quaint cottages to magnificent custom homes in excess of 1.5 million we have not lost sight of the client and their endless pursuit of the “perfect” home.
